1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Scout Me Online ("SMO", "we", "us", or "our") and the services we provide via our website and platform. By submitting footage or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Our Services

Scout Me Online provides football highlight editing, branding, and distribution services. Specifically, we:

• Edit and produce professional highlight reels from footage you submit
• Brand your highlight with relevant player information
• Distribute your highlight to our network of scouts, agents, and clubs
• Provide recurring distribution and promotion on subscription plans
• Provide group and one-to-one calls, career planning, and club outreach on the plans that include them

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all original footage you submit. By submitting footage to SMO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to edit, brand, and distribute the produced highlight reel to our scout and club network on your behalf.

You confirm that:

• You have the legal right to submit and share the footage
• The footage does not infringe the copyright or privacy rights of any third party
• You have obtained any necessary consent from other individuals who appear in the footage

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any submission that we determine to be inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these terms.

5. Plans & Payments

We offer one-time and monthly subscription plans. By purchasing a plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee at the time of purchase and, for subscription plans, on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds are offered at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with your produced highlight, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Calls, Career Planning & Club Outreach

Some plans include scheduled calls. Group update calls are held once per month at a time we announce in advance. One-to-one calls are 60 minutes, held once per calendar month, and arranged directly with you.

Calls do not roll over. If you miss a scheduled call without at least 24 hours' notice, that month's call is treated as used. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you an alternative slot within the same month wherever possible.

Where your plan includes club outreach, we will contact clubs we consider a reasonable fit on your behalf and share evidence of that outreach with you. We cannot control whether a club replies, and a lack of response is not a failure of the service.

Plans with one-to-one access are limited to a set number of places each month so that every player receives proper attention. We may close new sign-ups to those plans at any time.

7. Cancellation & Cooling-Off

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current paid period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a refund. Because our editing work begins as soon as you submit footage, by submitting footage or attending a call within that period you agree that we may start the service immediately and accept that you lose the right to cancel once the work has been completed. Any part of the service not yet delivered can still be refunded within those 14 days.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Scout Me Online provides a visibility and distribution service. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive interest from scouts, receive a trial, or secure a professional contract. Results depend on individual talent, timing, and opportunities outside of our control.

Advice given during calls or in a career plan is guidance based on our experience. It is not a promise of any particular outcome, and decisions you take on the back of it remain your own.

9. Intellectual Property

All SMO branding, design, software, and content on this website is the intellectual property of Scout Me Online. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our brand assets without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scout Me Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
