  • To distribute your highlight reel to our network of scouts, agents, and clubs on your behalf

  • Scouts, agents, and clubs: Your produced highlight reel and player information (name, position, nationality, stats) are shared with our verified network as part of the service you've paid for.
  • Payment processors: We use Stripe to handle payments securely.
  • Hosting providers: Our website is hosted on Vercel.
  • Email services: We use Resend to send transactional and marketing emails.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, including which plans are viewed and purchased.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you are an active customer and for 3 years afterwards, for legal, tax, and business purposes. Video footage and produced highlights are retained for 12 months after your last active subscription, after which they are deleted from our systems. Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are deleted after 12 months.

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
